On June 1, 2025, COOL BEAR officially acquired 51% of TW RACING and subsequently rebranded the company as COOL BEAR, appointing Peter as the new General Manager.
The acquisition includes TW RACING’s brand portfolio: D2, K-SPORT, XYZ, AIR FORCE, and RACING TEAM, as well as its real estate and F&B divisions.
Leveraging this milestone, COOL BEAR is actively advancing its IPO plans and attracting international capital, with the goal of establishing manufacturing facilities in Europe, the United States, China, and Japan to further expand its global footprint.
Moving forward, COOL BEAR will uphold the management philosophy of “Better Service · Professionalism · Innovation · R&D”, continuing to serve all customers with excellence. We will also support existing brand clients while prioritizing OEM and ODM services, accepting small-scale ODM orders to empower global automotive parts brands.
